Choose your filters
Select a category, city, sale, rent or lease, and your minimum and maximum price. Category-specific features appear when available.
Sort the results
Use Recent, Most Viewed, or Most Saved to arrange listings in the order that helps you most.
Review and connect
Open a listing to check its photos, price, features, location details and owner contact information.

LankaPlace helps people discover and connect. Always independently verify the property, owner and documents before paying or signing an agreement.
- Visit the property and confirm its exact location and boundaries.
- Verify ownership, title deeds and approvals with qualified professionals.
- Do not send advance payments based only on calls, messages or photos.
- Use a written agreement and retain receipts for every payment.
For property owners
Post and manage your listing
Log in
Sign in with your account, then select “Post” from the navigation.
Select property details
Choose the category and whether the property is for sale, rent or lease. Rent and lease listings also require a payment period.
Add accurate information
Enter the price, city, title, description, mobile number, location link and any category-specific features.
Upload clear photos
Add at least one image. Each image must be no larger than 5 MB.
Submit for review
Your new listing is submitted for admin review before it becomes publicly active.
Manage from Profile
Open your profile to view your listings and update the details when needed.
Better listings get better responses: use recent photos, a realistic price and an honest description.

Home Services
Type to search a service, city or business name. Tick Highest rated first to bring the best-rated professionals to the top, with review count used when ratings are equal.
Browse professionalsBuilding Materials
Search material categories and locations with the searchable selectors. Compare suppliers, ratings, catalogs, project work, service areas and direct contact details.
Browse suppliersWant to list your business?
Log in, choose “List your business”, select 1–6 categories and up to 10 service areas, then submit your business and identity details. The profile goes live after admin approval.
For professionals & suppliers
Build your business profile
After admin approval, use the Business Dashboard tabs to update your profile, manage projects and maintain an optional catalog. Customers see these details on your public business page.
Profile & contact
Update your business name, description, categories, contact details, social links, logo and cover photo.
My Projects
Add up to five completed projects with a name, city, description and 1–3 images. Edit details or replace images later.
Catalog
Add up to 30 services or products with a name, short description, 1–3 images and an optional LKR price.
Manage and edit
Dashboard tabs keep Profile & Projects separate from Catalog. Expand Edit details on a card to update it. Replacement images are optional; if none are selected, the current images remain.
What customers see
Public profiles use Catalog and Our Projects tabs. Catalog initially shows six items, and customers can open catalog items and projects in a gallery with thumbnails and next/previous controls.

Common questions
Do I need an account to browse?
No. You can browse and open active property listings without logging in. An account is required to save ads, post listings and manage your content.
Why is my new listing not visible yet?
New listings go through an admin review. They become visible in public search after they are approved and activated.
Can I list a rental property?
Yes. Select “For Rent” while posting and choose whether the displayed price is per month or per year.
Can I list a property for lease?
Yes. Select “For Lease” while posting and choose whether the displayed lease price is per month or per year.
How many images can I add to a project or catalog item?
Both require at least one image and allow a maximum of three images. JPG, JPEG, PNG and WebP files up to 5 MB each are accepted.
Is a business catalog required?
No. The catalog is optional. If you add items, customers can view their details, optional prices and photo galleries on your public business profile.
Can I edit a project or catalog item later?
Yes. Open your Business Dashboard, select the relevant tab and expand Edit details. You can update the information and optionally replace the existing images.
Does LankaPlace guarantee a property or provider?
No. Platform information helps you discover and connect. You should independently verify properties, people, documents, prices and services before making a commitment.
How do I get help?
Use the support contact details in the site footer. Include the listing or business name and a clear description of the issue.
